SPICY CALIFLOWER FLORETS!

Easy and healthy evening snack made in minutes!

One whole califlower -1
Corn flour - 3tbls
Salt - to taste
Chilli powder - 1tbls
Jeera powder - 1tbls
Sambar powder - 2tbls
Hing- pinch(not compulsary)
Olive oil for drizzling
Coriander leaves - for garnish
Ranch



cut the cali flower into small florets, and par bowl them in hot salted water  and drain the water out, the cali flower should not change its color, it should still be crispy.

In a bowl mix all the other ingredients except coriander and add the florets to the mixture and coat them evenly.

Grease a baking sheet lined with parchment/ aluminum wrap and spread the florets.
Now drizzle  some olive oil on the florets and bake at 450F for about 10 to 15 mins until golden brown.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve it with cooling ranch!

KIMCHI FRIED RICE

 Ingredients:
Store bought Kimchi - 1 cup
Short grain rice - 1 cup
Scallions - 3
Onions - 1 medium size (Cut length wise).
Egg - 2
Noori sheet(Seaweed) - 1 (Cut into small pieces)
Korean Chilli Paste - 1 tbsp
Garlic  - 1 clove
Oil  - 1 tsp
Bean Sprouts - 1/2 cup
Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste

Procedure:
Boil the rice with 1 3/4 cups of water. (Preferable day old rice)
Heat oil and then fry onions until soften.
Add chopped garlic, fry for one min.
Add Kimchi,Soy Sauce, Chilli paste and salt.Cook for 2-3 mins.
Add  cooked rice, mix it well. Cook it for high heat for 5 mins.
Add Noori,Scallions,bean sprouts. Cook it for 2 mins.

In a separate pan add little butter and cracked egg and cook according to a taste.

Vola, Spicy Kimchi Fried Rice is Ready.

My Book

Hi,

   I got an email from KCK for an challenge so thought of making some thing from the products of KCK so i made an little book about my birthday celebration.My theme is BLACK & WHITE so i chose  everything the same way.I made the whole book my self including the front panel and the pages here i used paper quilling at the front side and used stickers,glitters and punchers to decorate it.

This is the tool i used for quilling the papers which

 is bought from kck and it helped a lot in improving

 my paper quilling.
