Store bought Kimchi - 1 cup
Short grain rice - 1 cup
Scallions - 3
Onions - 1 medium size (Cut length wise).
Egg - 2
Noori sheet(Seaweed) - 1 (Cut into small pieces)
Korean Chilli Paste - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 1 clove
Oil - 1 tsp
Bean Sprouts - 1/2 cup
Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste


Boil the rice with 1 3/4 cups of water. (Preferable day old rice)
Heat oil and then fry onions until soften.
Add chopped garlic, fry for one min.
Add Kimchi,Soy Sauce, Chilli paste and salt.Cook for 2-3 mins.
Add cooked rice, mix it well. Cook it for high heat for 5 mins.
Add Noori,Scallions,bean sprouts. Cook it for 2 mins.
In a separate pan add little butter and cracked egg and cook according to a taste.
Vola, Spicy Kimchi Fried Rice is Ready.
